From fragmented tracking to a reliable analytics and lead-generation ecosystem.

We rebuilt Markify’s measurement stack — GTM, GA4, and server-side tracking — so acquisition and lead conversion could be trusted, not guessed.

Home/Case studies/From fragmented tracking to a reliable analytics and lead-generation ecosystem.

Challenge

Markify Digital was investing in performance marketing — but the analytics and tracking ecosystem behind it was fragmented. Tags were inconsistent. Lead events were incomplete. Platform numbers and backend reality did not reconcile cleanly.

Without a durable measurement layer, optimization stayed reactive. Campaigns could run — but couldn't be confidently attributed from acquisitionlead. Growth decisions needed a foundation they could trust.

Approach

  1. Analytics audit

Mapped the existing tracking ecosystem end to end — tags, events, conversions, and gaps — so every rebuild decision started from what was broken, duplicated, or silently missing.

  2. GTM & GA4 foundation

Implemented and optimized Google Tag Manager with a clean GA4 event structure — consistent naming, reliable triggers, and conversion definitions the team could actually use for optimization.

  3. Server-side tracking

Extended measurement beyond the browser. Server-side tracking improved data reliability where client-side alone was fragile — stronger continuity for acquisition and lead signals.

  4. Lead-generation framework

Established a structured framework for measuring lead generation — so the path from first touch to qualified conversion was visible, attributable, and ready for ongoing performance marketing decisions.

Outcome

Markify moved from fragmented tracking to a coherent analytics and lead-generation ecosystem — a foundation built for performance marketing, not just reporting.

  • Journey visibility

Clearer line of sight from acquisition through engagement to lead conversion — so teams could see where demand entered, stalled, or converted.

  • Data reliability

GTM, GA4, and server-side tracking reduced blind spots and fragile client-only fires — giving performance decisions a more durable signal base.

  • Optimization readiness

A structured lead-measurement framework the team can keep iterating on — so media spend and conversion work rest on infrastructure, not assumption.

We needed measurement we could trust — not another dashboard that disagreed with the CRM. DeepDimex rebuilt the foundation so lead generation finally had clean signal.
